This is a one-time helper for setting up the project. It writes the 3 demo
properties (Birchwood Bungalow, Sunline Loft, Cedar Row Cottage) into the
listings collection with status "live", so they
show up on the home page and map.
You must be signed in as an admin account to do this (see README.md for how to create one).
